Signal Watches API
Every signal watches operation in the public API, from the OpenAPI spec. Base URL https://api.outlevo.com; the organization comes from the key.

| POST /v1/signal-watches | Watch LinkedIn for buyers through your own connected account: problem posts, post engagers, job changes, or comment-to-DM (accept the warning) |
| DELETE /v1/signal-watches/{id} | Delete a watch; the people it found stay |
| PATCH /v1/signal-watches/{id} | Change a watch, or pause or resume it (a comment_dm watch whose message or post changes needs the warning again) |
| POST /v1/signal-watches/{id}/run | Run a watch now (at most once an hour); it also runs by itself |
