Generate my ICP

About 60 seconds. We read up to 5 public pages and draft the profile; you see it on screen, and we email it.

What you get

Not a template with your company name in it: a draft built from what your own pages say.

Customer segments

Up to 5 groups of companies that would buy, each a hypothesis with the reason.

Buyer roles

Who inside each segment has the problem you solve.

Competitors and example companies

Who else the same buyers consider, and companies that fit each segment.

A first email

One short email to a buyer in your strongest segment, written from facts it lists.

Facts with sources

Each fact about your company is a verified observation, with its page, or marked as an AI inference.

What is missing

What the site does not say that a real ICP needs, and the question it always asks: which countries you sell into.

An example

Made up, to show the shape. Your result is about your company.

  • Segment: mid-market software finance teamsHypothesis: closes books monthly across several entities
  • Buyer roleController; Head of Finance
  • Segment: accounting firms serving startupsHypothesis: repeats the same close for many clients
  • Buyer roleManaging partner; Operations lead
  • Fact: "Automates month-end close for finance teams"Verified: quoted from the home page
  • Fact: sells to mid-market software companiesAI inference, labelled as such

An example for a fictional company, Ledgerly, a month-end close tool. Not a real result and not a real company.

How it works

  1. 1

    It reads your site

We read up to 5 public pages: your home page and the pages it links to that say what you sell, to whom and what it costs.

  2. 2

    It drafts the profile

One AI pass writes the segments, buyers and email. Every fact is checked against the page text; one it cannot find is not shown as verified.

  3. 3

    You read and decide

The result lists what is missing and asks where you sell. Then you can stop, or start Outlevo on the segments it found.

What it is not

An ICP built from one website is a strong first draft, not a finished profile. It cannot see your closed deals, your churn or your best customers' behaviour, which is where an ICP gets sharp. Treat each segment as a hypothesis to test with real sends, and replace it with what your replies and meetings show.

Questions

What is an ideal customer profile?
The description of the companies, and the people inside them, most likely to buy from you and keep buying. The glossary has the longer version.
Is this ICP generator really free?
Yes: no sign-up and no card. You enter your website, and your email at the end of the result, where we send it.
What does it read?
We read up to 5 public pages of your website: your home page and the pages it links to, such as pricing, customers and about. It does not read your CRM, your emails or any private data.
Is the profile a fact or a guess?
Both, and each is labelled. A fact about your company is a verified observation (with the page it came from) or an AI inference. The segments and buyers are hypotheses drawn from those facts: a starting point to test, not market research.
Which countries does it target?
It asks. The segments describe who buys, not where; the assessment asks which countries you sell into, because a website rarely says.
Can I run it on a competitor's website?
Each domain gets one assessment a day, and the result goes to the email you enter. Use your own site: competitor tracking is a separate, sourced feature in Outlevo.
What happens to my website and email?
The result is stored encrypted and deleted after 90 days unless you create an account. Details.

Then let Outlevo find them and write

Start autopilot on the segments it found: Outlevo finds the companies, researches them and writes each email from facts on their own pages.
