OutlevoBot reads public company websites for Outlevo customers: their own sites, the accounts they research, and the competitors they track.

How it behaves

  • User agent: OutlevoBot/1.0 (+https://outlevo.com/bot).
  • It obeys robots.txt. Disallow it with User-agent: OutlevoBot and it will not request those pages.
  • Public pages only: nothing behind a login, paywall or form.
  • At most one request every 2 seconds to a site, and at most 15 pages per visit.
  • It keeps short quoted facts about companies, never personal data about people.

Opt your site out

Ask to be excluded below. You prove you control the domain with a DNS TXT record or a file on the site. Once verified, facts already collected from your site are deleted within 7 days and future visits are refused.
