Outlevo + Calendly
Outlevo answers interested replies with your Calendly link, with their name and email filled in, and a webhook brings each booking back as a meeting.
How the Calendly integration works
On autopilot the answer goes at once; otherwise it waits in Replies for you to send.
Each booking with one of your contacts counts as a meeting booked and is written to your CRM when one is connected.
- Ignores bookings from people who are not your contacts.

How to connect Calendly
- In Settings, under Meetings, paste your booking link and press Save link.
- Press Track booked meetings and copy the webhook address; it is shown once.
- In Calendly: Integrations → Webhooks, event “Invitee created”, paste the address.
