What we process
For customers: account and usage data needed to run the service. For prospects our customers research: business contact details and public professional information, used under our customers' instructions and the policies they approve.
The free ICP assessment
When you request an assessment we read up to 5 public pages of the website you enter. We store your email address encrypted, and a hashed form of your IP address to limit abuse. We use your address to send the result and, if you agree in that email, to follow up. Assessment data is deleted after 90 days unless you create an account and keep it.
Retention
Customer data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request or after the account closes. Prospect data that has not been used is deleted on a schedule.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or object to processing. We verify the request by email and answer within 30 days.
