Terms of service
A summary of the agreement between Outlevo and its customers. The signed order form and full terms take precedence.
The service
Outlevo provides software that researches accounts and prepares revenue actions. Customers decide, through approved policies, what Outlevo may send or change.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the policies they approve, for having a lawful basis to contact the people in them, and for the content they approve.
Acceptable use
No spam, no deceptive content, no contact with people who have opted out. Outlevo enforces suppression lists and may pause a workspace that breaks these rules.
Billing
Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Credits do not roll over unless the plan says so.
