Your first 30 days

Your first 30 daysin the order it happens

What Outlevo does after you paste your website, what is waiting on you, and when replies can start. Some steps depend on your mailboxes and your credits; where they do, this page says so.

Week by week

  1. Day 1

    Your ICP, from your website

Paste your website. Outlevo reads it and proposes your markets, buyers and segments, each with the page it read it on. Change any of it in the chat.

Your part: Paste your website and connect a calendar

  2. Day 1

What you sell, then 2–3 angles

Before the first campaign's emails are written, it shows how it understands what you sell: for whom, the problem and the proof, each line with its sources, and what it does not know. Then it offers two or three outreach angles, the recommended one first. Pick one, or autopilot takes the recommended one.

Your part: Correct anything it got wrong

  3. From day 1

    Companies found and researched

Within the daily credit budget you set, it finds companies that fit, each with the reason, qualifies them, finds the decision maker and verifies the address. Each kind of work shows its credit cost before it runs.

  4. Days 1 to about 21

    Mailboxes set up and warmed

With mailboxes Outlevo runs, you pick from the lookalike domains it proposes; Outlevo buys them, sets up their DNS, creates mailboxes in the sender names you give and warms them up. A new mailbox sends nothing until it is warm: at least 14 days, usually about 3 weeks. On Growth you can send from your own mailboxes through Smartlead instead.

Your part: Pick the domains and sender names

  5. First campaign

    Your first 10 emails

The first emails to a campaign's first 10 contacts wait for you, as each contact would get them. Approve, edit or remove each one. Nothing of the campaign is sent before that; if nobody looks, you get one reminder after 2 days, and they are never approved by themselves.

Your part: Review the 10 emails

  6. After that

    Autopilot, within daily limits

It sends, follows up twice and stops when someone replies. Up to 40 new contacts a day for the workspace unless you change it, and at most 30 a day from each mailbox Outlevo runs. A campaign pauses itself if bounces, unsubscribes or a spam complaint pass their limits.

  7. From week 3 or 4, typically

    The first replies

Replies can only come after emails go out. With new mailboxes the first emails go out after warm-up, so the first replies typically come from week 3 or 4; with mailboxes that are already warm, sooner. How many depends on how many people you reach: at the market median of 0.74% of contacts replying (Smartlead, 2026), 150 people reached comes to about one reply.

What to look at

Each campaign shows these, and the assistant goes through them with you when you ask how it is going.

Reply rate

People who replied over people reached. Read it after a campaign has reached 150 people or more; before that, one reply moves it a lot.

Bounce rate

Hard bounces over sends. Above 3% of the last 200 sends the campaign pauses itself to protect your domain, and the bounced addresses are suppressed.

Cost per meeting

Credits spent on the campaign's contacts, at your plan's price per credit, over the meetings booked. An estimate, shown as "—" until the first meeting; the same for each interested reply.

When replies are low

Ask the assistant how a campaign is doing and it answers with the numbers first. Under 1% after 150 or more people reached, it says the message or the audience is worth changing, and helps you plan the next campaign with another angle or another segment.

  • It reads what the replies say: interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe
  • It ends with one next step you can take from the chat
  • We do not guarantee replies or meetings
  • Reached150 or more
  • Reply rateunder 1%
  • Next stepanother angle or segment

What a month buys

How fast the steps above go depends on your credits. Worked out from the plan prices and credit costs on the pricing page.

An estimate, not a promise: 8 credits per researched contact, a first email and two follow-ups each (sending costs no credits), 2 to 6 warm leads and 1 to 4 meetings per 100 contacts (the middle shown). Your market and offer move it either way.

Growth

An estimate, not a promise: 8 credits per researched contact, a first email and two follow-ups each (sending costs no credits), 2 to 6 warm leads and 1 to 4 meetings per 100 contacts (the middle shown). Your market and offer move it either way.
