LinkedIn signals

Know who is buying this weekand reach them first

People who post about the problem you solve, engage with the posts you pick, change jobs, or comment your keyword. Outlevo watches LinkedIn through your own account, keeps the people who fit your ICP, and opens each message with what they did.

Four signals, one list

Each watch runs once a day (comment-to-DM every two hours, its messages sent in your working hours) and adds people to one list, best first.

Problem posts

People who wrote this week about the problem you solve, found with the words they use. Kept only when their own post says it: the quote has to be in the post, word for word.

Post engagers

People who reacted to or commented on the posts you pick: yours, a niche creator’s or a competitor’s, or the latest posts of a profile or company page.

Job changes

Your contacts who just started at a new company, your customers’ champions first. Someone who bought from you once is the warmest lead there is.

Comment-to-DM

Whoever comments your keyword on your post gets the message you wrote: a message when you are connected, an invitation with it as the note when not.

Scored against your ICP

Only the people who fit

Each person is scored from 0 to 10 against the ICP learned from your won and lost deals, with one sentence of why. Those under 6 are dropped and never charged.

  • Only people who fit your ICP are kept, each with the reason: 1 credit each; reading and scoring the rest is free
  • Each one shows the line their LinkedIn note opens with, before you add them
  • Add to a campaign in one click: their company and contact are created for you
  • Jordan Lee · Controller at Northwind (fictional)posted “payroll is a mess this quarter” · 8/10

LinkedIn first

Reach them where they spoke

LinkedIn first, then email: the connection note goes first, and the emails start a few days later only if they do not reply on LinkedIn.

  • Or LinkedIn only, or email first and LinkedIn after: chosen per person
  • A reply on LinkedIn stops their emails at once
  • Follow-ups as voice notes in your own voice, made with your written consent, and deleted when you say so
  • Day 0connection note: “Read your post…”
  • Accepteda follow-up, as text or a voice note
  • Day 4, no replythe first email goes out
  • Any replyeverything else stops

Safe for your account

  • Through your own LinkedIn, connected on Unipile’s page: Outlevo never sees your password
  • A daily limit of LinkedIn reads per account, for all its watches together
  • Sends share LinkedIn auto-sending’s limits: at most 20 invitations and 40 messages a day, weekdays, in your working hours, random gaps
  • Sending starts only after you accept a written warning, and stops by itself if LinkedIn asks you to sign in again

Questions about signals

Does Outlevo scrape LinkedIn?
No. It reads LinkedIn through your own connected account (via Unipile), the way you would, within a daily limit of reads, and never asks for or stores your password.
What does it cost?
One credit for each person kept, that is, someone who fits your ICP. Reading posts and scoring the people who do not fit costs nothing. Comment-to-DM commenters are free. Signals come with Growth and Managed, or with a LinkedIn seat on Builder.
Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?
Reads stay within a daily limit per account, and every send (invitations, messages, comment-to-DM) shares the same limits as LinkedIn auto-sending: at most 20 invitations and 40 messages a day, on weekdays in your working hours, with random gaps. LinkedIn restricts automated tools, so sending only starts after you accept a written warning, and it stops by itself if LinkedIn asks you to sign in again.
What does the first message say?
It opens with what the person did, in words written from what LinkedIn showed: “Read your post (Nov 3): …”, “Saw you commented on Jane Doe’s post”, “Congrats on the new role”. The rest is drafted from your own facts and their company’s pages, and nothing is invented.
Who is never contacted?
The same people as by email: your customers and open deals, anyone who opted out, and anyone in Poland. Someone who replies on LinkedIn is not emailed.

Start with who fits

The free ICP assessment reads your website and drafts who buys from you. Signals are scored against it.
