What Outlevo does, start to finish

  • Reads your website and picks your markets and buyers; you can change them in the chat
  • Finds companies that fit, with the reason for each, and verifies the decision maker's email
  • Writes each email from research on the prospect's own pages, with the page and date for every fact
  • Sends and follows up within safe daily limits, skipping your customers, open deals and unsubscribes
  • Answers interested replies with your booking link, books the meeting and updates HubSpot or Salesforce
  • A campaign pauses itself above 3% hard bounces or 5% unsubscribes over its last 200 sends, or at a spam complaint.
  • An MCP server and an API, so Claude, Cursor or your own app can run it.
  • Support in the app: Answered by Outlevo's AI support. It can escalate to the team.

Questions

Is Outlevo a Clay alternative?
For outbound, yes, with a different model. Outlevo starts from your website: it finds the companies, researches each one's own pages, writes, sends and follows up, and books the meeting. The table above shows how Clay works, from its own site.
Can I keep Clay and still use Outlevo?
Yes. Outlevo can import companies as a CSV or through the API and researches and qualifies them like the ones it finds, so a list built in Clay can go straight in.
How do the prices compare?
Clay prices plans by actions and data credits (see the table for what it publishes), and you add sending separately or on Growth. Outlevo charges a monthly plan whose credits pay for research, and sending costs none. Every price Clay publishes is on its pricing page summary.
What does Outlevo cost?
Plans include monthly credits. A researched contact costs the credits to qualify the company, find the person and verify the address; sending and follow-ups cost none. Each credit cost is shown before the work runs. See pricing.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free ICP assessment reads your website with no sign-up and no card. Saving a card at the end adds free credits once, and the sandbox workspace runs on fake companies with nothing sent.
