New office announcement email template

A new office or market is public, specific and always creates work: people, systems, vendors and compliance. The email names the site and one concrete thing it adds.

When to use it

  • Their about, locations or news page names a new office, branch or country.
  • The new site creates a need you meet (logistics, hiring, IT, finance, local rules).
  • They list roles for the new site.

The template

Copy it, then replace the brackets with what you read on their pages.

Subject: The new [city] office

{{why_now}}

Hi {{first_name}},

A new site usually means [what it adds in your area] before the usual routines are in place. We [what you do for that].

Would a short checklist for opening a site help? If not, no worries.

[your first name]

Outlevo adds your sender name, postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link under every email it sends, so a template ends at the sign-off.

  • {{first_name}}, {{company_name}} and {{job_title}} are filled for each contact.
  • {{why_now}} is filled by Outlevo from the account’s freshest buying signal, with its page and date, or left empty when there is none. By hand, write one line with the event and the page.
  • Anything in [square brackets] is yours to write, from a page you read.

Why it works

  • A named place is hard to mistake for a mass email.
  • New sites are a time-limited need, which gives the reader a reason to reply now.
  • A checklist is useful whether or not they ever buy.

Subject: The new Bridgeton clinic

Hi {{first_name}},

Your locations page lists a new clinic in Bridgeton, opening soon.

A new site usually means booking and billing set up again before the first patient. Clinicstart sets up both and connects them to your other clinics.

When not to use it

When should I not use the new location or market template?
When the location is only a mailing address or a coworking desk: ask who actually works there first.

This template and its variants pass the check Outlevo runs on its own outbound emails: only known merge tags, no number without a source, no spam wording, at most one link, no fake “Re:” or “Fwd:”, and under a hundred and twenty words.
