Tech stack outreach email template
Job posts and docs name the tools a company uses. A vendor that quotes that line can talk about fit with the stack, which is a far better first sentence than a feature list.
When to use it
- A job post, docs page or case study names the tool you work with.
- You complement the tool rather than replace it.
- You can state how your product connects to it.
The template
Copy it, then replace the brackets with what you read on their pages.
Subject: [tool] at {{company_name}}
Hi {{first_name}},
Your [page] mentions [the tool, in their words].
Teams that run [the tool] often end up with [the gap]. We connect to it and [what you do].
Would a short note on how it plugs in help? If not, tell me and I will stop.
[your first name]Outlevo adds your sender name, postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link under every email it sends, so a template ends at the sign-off.
{{first_name}},{{company_name}}and{{job_title}}are filled for each contact.- Anything in [square brackets] is yours to write, from a page you read.
Why it works
- A tool named in their own words is a fact they cannot dispute.
- It frames you as an addition to their stack, so there is no replacement fight.
- The note explains the connection without a demo.

Illustrative. Pallas Retail Group (pallasretail.example) is an invented company, and so is Eli at Syncroom. The pages quoted do not exist. The email goes to its Head of IT.
| What the email says | Quote on the page | Page (illustrative) |
|---|---|---|
| your careers page says you run NetSuite | “You will support our NetSuite ERP and Shopify storefronts.” | pallasretail.example/careers |
Subject: NetSuite and Shopify at Pallas
Hi {{first_name}},
Your careers page mentions supporting your NetSuite ERP and Shopify storefronts.
Teams that run both often end up with inventory counts that disagree. We sync inventory between the two.
Would a short note on how it plugs in help? If not, tell me and I will stop.

Hi {{first_name}},
The [role] opening says whoever joins will own [the tool]. If you are the hiring manager, I have a note on what teams check in the first months.

When should I not use the tech stack mention template?
This template and its variants pass the check Outlevo runs on its own outbound emails: only known merge tags, no number without a source, no spam wording, at most one link, no fake “Re:” or “Fwd:”, and under a hundred and twenty words.
